Very polite and listen to my concern
Receptionist was really sweet and Jackie is such a doll and made sure i was fine and ok, and spoke with me and held my hand while the nurse (forgot her name) was trying to put IV needle in me. DR. Eke is wonderful, kind, understanding, explained everything to me before the surgery. Carlos explained everything to me from oxygen to knocking me out. Bobby introduced himself as assisting. I have never had any issues with Dr Pennington or his PAs. All of the staff I encounter every time I go or call on the phone is very helpful and kind. I recommend Dr Pennington for any GI/IBS issues!
