I don't have an issue with the medical care I received, it was the service afterwards. There isn't a billing portal where you can make payments so you have to call a phone number and give them your credit card number verbally over the phone. This is a pretty serious security risk. Also, the statements I received constantly omitted the payments I had previously made so I question the Amount Now Due total on the statement. I will not be revisiting this clinic due to the lack of transparency in their billing and payment process... read more
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I had a procedure scheduled for 10:00 a.m. and made sure to arrive well in advance, signing in at 9:36 a.m. What really infuriates me is that, despite being early, I was completely ignored. 10:00 a.m. passed, then 11:00, and by noon I was still sitting in the lobby—the last client left—while others who arrived after me were being seen first. Love this doctors office...Dr.Mcgee and his staff are amazing!!! Sometimes there is a lil wait but nothing unusual with an amazing doctor.. Definitely recommend!!!
When you enter the front desk, Angela is so amazing and hopefully. Going to be back Genesis, Shauna, Rachelle, are very kind and consistent, surgery room Dr McGee is an amazing doctor and Jodie and The anesthesia doctor are amazing as well . I thank God for this group of people they all have different working ethics. I would recommend anyone to go there
