Horrible service all they care about is $$$$$ took $300 out of my account without disclosing even though I had insurance. Will never use again

The doctors are great....
The Doctors care ...the staff does not... Apparently Dr. Arai sent a prescription to quest Diagnostics on Jan 17 for my husband to have bloodwork done...the incompetent staff (will not disclose her name) who attended to us did not tell us about the bloodwork....one month later Dr. Arai calls and mentioned the bloodwork prescription was sent to QD and the BW was never done... my husband would have been doing treatment already if the staff member paid attention...imagine this is a medical facility...
watch out for their medical billing fraud...im reporting them.. they cost me 1800.00 just for a stool sample and to set up an appointment. 1800.00 out of pocket with medical insurance... do not use these unprofessional frauds
They canceled my appointment because the Dr. I was seen was no longer with them, rescheduled it for about month later, spoke with them because I wasn't sure I could make it, they said its ok just keep the appointment because otherwise it would be about another month for next available appointment. I couldn't make it but still they charged the no show fee... Lady at the front desk was very rude and dismissive when I called. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this business
