wife had an appointment here in April on a referral. Never sent us a bill. We have double insurance coverage so a lot of times we owe nothing after initial copay. It is now October and we received a notice from a collection agency for $40. I paid it immediately but now I need to see if the collection agency hit her credit report! Here is a little business tip.... If you want your customers to pay their bills.... TRY SENDING THEM A BILL SO THEY KNOW THEY OWE YOU MONEY!

Very poor response time. I waited a week for a return call from the medical assistant. I never received a call from my actually doctor. 4 month wait for follow up appointment.
Scheduling never answers their phone. Spent 1.5 hrs on the phone to get my insurance put in for the THIRD time. Overall incompetently ran practice. Medical staff nice.
Answer the phone! Seriously. No excuse for this.
