Rude, arrogant, condescending, judgmental. Also displayed political memorabilia in a professional setting, which I found to be incredibly unprofessional. Saw her for several years (during which time she increasingly became more unprofessional) and after a particularly dismissive encounter, asked her if she even knew who I was. She literally looked down at my chart, then wildly mispronounced my name. No business being in mental health care. If a could give a negative number of stars, I would do so.

I have been a patient of Dr. DiGaetano's for around ten years. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving out of state. Dr. D has always treated me more than effectively, even discovering a genetic mutation through testing when other places didn't know what was going on. The front desk staff is great, and the nurse always returns your calls by the end of the business day. They have been there for me during acute situations, and if I weren't moving I'd be a patient for life.
I agree with all the negative that I have read in these reviews. I am so thankful that I read these reviews. On my last visit I was very disappointed and seemed she just cut me off short. Plus I hate telling the nurse every thing before I see Dr. D. Today I have decided to break my yearly appointment and find someone else closer to Olive Branch.
This doctor does not seem to care at all about her patients. I waited forever and then she ushered me out. I told her my symptoms and feelings, and she seemed to be hearing but not listening. It seemed to be her way or the highway as far as medicine was concerned. I don’t trust her decisions. Her bedside manner just needs help. She also looks at you like you are just not smart and she has all the answers. However, her nurse and staff are much nicer.

Always had to wait over an hour. Office manager (Paula) lacks customer service. It's is all about how much money they can charge and can care less about problems people deal with. They charge for calling a prescription, I got a $50 bill for a missed appointment I made 6 months ago. No courtesy! Will prescribe same medication without hearing or getting to the roeot cause. Paula or Paulette suggested I visit different providers as they would not work with me on the cancellation fee. Stay away!
Dr. Digaetano has helped me in ways I cannot even describe completely. After years of seeing doctors, we discovered that my diagnosis (from another doctor) had been wrong for many years. Dr. D helped me find the right meds, and for the first time in my life I am thriving. I am grateful for her support and knowledge.
I have always waited between 1 to 1 1/2 hours. She does not diagnosis well nor listen to symptoms. She is fine if you just need the same meds over and over but when your mood changes she is not patient. Also you see a nurse before you see her. The current nurse is very rude and uncaring.
