Ed is a pretty friendly guy. He seems to have a good understanding of septic tanks and systems. He was available to come out and pump my tank in about a week from when I called in. He also used my hose to spray down the tank on the inside and clean it out a little better. The last place I used didn't do that. He also rinsed out my filter inside the tank. Ed, came out next day and answered the phone late at night, I was just hoping to leave a voicemail. Spent a lot of time making sure our tank was emptied properly.
Ed was FANTASTIC! He came out next day and on a holiday. He took his time cleaning each tank of the system, explaining the system to me and why things happened as well as how to prevent the same issues in the future. Absolutely will use his business again and recommend him to anyone in need.
