Ed is a pretty friendly guy. He seems to have a good understanding of septic tanks and systems. He was available to come out and pump my tank in about a week from when I called in. He also used my hose to spray down the tank on the inside and clean it out a little better. The last place I used didn't do that. He also rinsed out my filter inside the tank.
