I'm at DIG and have some incredible thoughts on my visit. It’s fabulous!! It’s the best Kale bowl I’ve ever had with garden fresh cherry tomatoes and English cucumbers accented with tasty parsley & mint, wonderful roasted cauliflower and the best brisket ever!! The BBQ sauce was deliciously thick & dark. I was looking for a place to get out of the rain and grab a pre-movie bite and my taste buds angels must've brought me here!! They're sooo happy !! Great staff, too! I'll be back!!Â
Dig inn is always fine but not great. Their sides are always the highlight. The brocolli and carrots are both really well seasoned and cooked. Their herb rice isnt very good. I would expect it to be flavorfull with rhe amount of herbs and oil it has but its not and kind of undercooked. The beef brisket was fine but a bit chewy. Their mains are generally just fineÂ
I love dig inn and I come to this location every Saturday before work, I’m literally the first customer and the guy that works Saturday morning as long as I’ve been coming to this location he never opens up on time. Otherwise the food is goodÂ
