Some of the WORST customer service is have ever experienced. Raul claims he is afraid of COVID and a security issue for allowing a customer to pick up a part… he initially offered to send me the part free of charge which was nice. I asked if I can pay for overnight shipping or pick up in person. That’s when the excuses came out that he cannot ship out until Friday… due to “inventory” issues. After trying to adapt a old system that my father had rigged up, Raul Carlos from Dig Corporation tech department helped me tremendously. I seriously know I could not have done it without his help. I modified to this setup after fixing my father's problem. He was very knowledgeable and patient and told me exactly what to pick up. I also installed six other battery operated timers across the property. Everything is working smoothly. Thank you for your help Raul, you're the best!

I’ve been using DIG for years. I have 5 acres with a food forest, foundation plantings, and large veggie garden. They are friendly and helpfull, and the items arrive promptly. This is my latest purchase - these valves took literally moments to install and they open and close smoothly. They allow me to quickly change areas of irrigation with a turn of the valve- highly recommended!

Beware of working for Tony Gonzales. He makes big promises during hiring but never follows through. New employees are overworked on outdated equipment, only to be fired before training is complete. His management style is deceitful and exploitative, with no regard for employee well-being. Think twice before accepting a job here.
