The food at Dig Inn was absolutely delicious very fresh and full of flavor. But what really stood out was the service. Darwin was incredibly kind, attentive, and careful while preparing the food. You could tell he handled each ingredient with a lot of care, which I really appreciated. He was also a great listener and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.
