Dig is my go-to when I don’t carry lunch to work. It’s very vegetarian-friendly, which is important to me, because for about three quarters of the year I’m on a fairly strict vegetarian diet. And when I do treat myself to protein, the Salmon is my favorite fish dish just about anywhere! I love the way they char some of the veggies, adding texture and sensual engagement.Â

The service here is confusingly bad. It's a fast casual lunch, it's very hard to mess up but somehow it feels like the servers try to find a way? For example: I got mashed potatoes in my bowl and added on gravy, and the server added gravy in the one way so there was none on the potatoes.Â
