I ordered from them so many times, I honestly love their food bowls and recently ordered a custom bowl. I’ve ordered many times; the first time was great, the food bowl amazing as always and even recommended to one of my colleagues. Today my order arrived; the chicken was entirely burnt. I will add pictures below. It’s not even like some side, it’s just the whole chicken. I can’t understand how you guys would believe it’s acceptable to make and send an order with a whole chicken completely indigestible. So disgusted.Â
This was unacceptable. At 8:30 pm on Friday I was told I couldn’t sit and eat inside because the location was “closing in 30 minutes,” and had to go out and eat in the cold at the tables at Broadway. What made it worse is that there were still people seated and eating who had clearly ordered just minutes before me. In front of my eyes!!!! When I was paying, I was asked if I needed a bag.
