I ordered online from Postmates and I am disgusted by what I received. Firstly, I called in to the restaurant and asked for a modification to occur to my order. The staff that answered was incredibly sweet and very helpful. My issue is when I received the food. It was decent. Nothing special. Do NOT order this online unless you’re okay with getting way less food than expected. I’ve ordered the Herb Roasted Chicken from Dig Inn many times, but the quality and portion size have recently dropped dramatically. I spent $84 on two trays of chicken (advertised as 4 servings each) including $15 in long-distance delivery fees, expecting enough food for several meals. Hello. I am a regular customer at this restaurant; I enjoy the food, the good service, and the friendliness of the young women at the front. However, yesterday I witnessed a young man with a dark complexion shouting threats and verbally abusing one of the female employees. That young man's behavior was appalling and inappropriate.
