The service was rude and disappointing, which is unacceptable!! While the food is excellent, I wish the staff treated customers with more respect.Â
Food is good here and a great healthy option for lunch, but can't recommend ordering online ahead of time - they are often 10+ minutes later then the given time with a queue of people waiting for pickup. Give the popularity of this spot in seaport, they should hire more folks to deal with order ahead, especially how Dig pushes consumers towards this method of ordering - 1-2 people is definitely not enough to handle the lunch rush. It's a great place to pick up lunch, but I'll just do counter service going forward.Â

Great Whole Foods at a reasonable price, conveniently located in seaport. Always a go to when I can’t think of what to make for dinner and guilt free. Unless I indulge in the Mac and cheese 😉Â
