I was a long-time customer of this company and one time when I questioned the markup on a item. They fired me as a client. Totally understand needing to shed clients that don’t want to pay 1000% markup on a $35 part. But I felt that that was a little unconscionable. I totally understand marking up products 100% for ease and convenience. But $350 for a $35 part that took them less than one minute to install was a bit excessive.
