Do not under any circumstances seek treatment at this office.The provider here started me on a psychiatric medication. After a few months of taking the medication I reached out to him to request a refill and never heard from the provider or anyone at the office again. I tried calling and emailing but they ignored me completely. I was not able to refill my medication and had to abruptly halt my treatment. Genuinely horrific provider and office. Poorly organized. Provider is disingenuous, leaves people without consistent medication, awful to contact. Has pulled up the wrong patient information and given me that persons name and birthday instead of confirming my own before realizing he made a mistake. Also those 5 star reviews are by his staff!
