I drove 1,100 mile and 16 hours to pick up my new Navigator from Diffee. My state didn’t have what I was looking for. I was working with an Diffee and another dealership that was 1/2 the time closer to me. Richard some days would be with another customer but instead of making me wait he had someone else help me until he was free. It wasn’t a pressured atmosphere.
