Im going to call this the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I bought a 2025 Lincoln Navigator CPO at Diffee through a broker (tax and credits reasons). The broker was terrible; Diffee was phenomenal. I worked with Connor to get details, videos, and now even some post-sale followups-- all fully remote as this was an out of state sale. 1.) They were very knowledgeable about the automobiles. It was 103 outside that Saturday. We drove around in a golf cart and looked at some of them. When I decided it took some time to appraise my car. Then paperwork and we were out of there.
Great buying experience but terrible after the sale service from Chandler Diffee. Part of the sale was an owners manual. Several texts and phone calls and two months later, still no follow through on a simple owners manual. Terrible communicator and disappointing results. After two months I gave up and bought a manual on EBay. What a shame this happened over a simple thing.
