This was my first experience buying a pair of reading glasses from Diff. I live in Canada and was hesitant at first dealing with this US-based company but I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend them. My first pair came apart at the frame and DiFF promptly sent out out a new pair! Their customer service exceeds today’s low standards by leaps and bounds! They answer emails promptly as well. Not only are their glasses gorgeous and great quality, the customer service is absolutely top notch! I recently ordered my first pair of prescription sunglasses with mirrored lenses. Unfortunately when I received them, they had the gray lenses which was not what I ordered. I sent an email and they responded quickly apologizing for the oversight.
