Best Real Estate Lawyer you could hope for. I have owned a number of homes over the years. And of course sold them one at a time to purchase a different home to live in. Each time requiring a Real Estate Lawyer to finalize the deal. Now the previous homes had been in Hamilton. And much smaller properties. Our home now is in Brantford. Cristina and Heather were amazing to work with when purchasing our first home. They not only are extremely personable and easy to talk to but they are hilarious gals and answer any questions you may have. I could not recommend these two enough. Heather is the sweetest receptionist and was supremely patient with both myself and my spouse when we were 18 hours away trying to buy our first home. Love love love!
Great experience, have used Cristina many times before for all real estate transactions, excellent prices and explains everything step by step. Will use again. UPDATE: I used their services again and it's drops to 2 stars for this experience. I had some questions about pricing after I saw my invoice, sent them an email with my concerns and they have just ignored me. So won't be using them again, I'll be going elsewhere, I advise you do the same.
Used this sham of an office about 10yrs ago for my first home. Immediately had a unpaid property tax notice sent to me. I inquired over a dozen times and Rosemarie was absolutely useless. Instead of checking for a lien on the property prior to purchase they charge for title insurance. Which does nothing until after you move in and you find out about the financial issues related to the property.
