The food is fantastic! The ambiance is amazing, but the staff is superb! my first experience has been most memorable thanks to Jonathan, the manager, going above and beyond to accommodate a first time patron when I came in seeking a particular loaf of bread. They didn't have it in stock at the time. Jonathan and staff exceeded my needs and expectations by making two fresh loaves of ciabatta bread for me for Thanksgiving! I will most certainly be back. I’ve seen several positive reviews of DiFabio’s in Media but hadn’t been there myself until yesterday. A family member of mine was in hospice and it was basically a waiting game at that point and like most families, people were pretty emotional. We decided we would give DiFabio’s a try for lunch and take a much needed little break from the situation. We got to DiFabio’s and were a hot mess even though we tried to pull it together.
