Plan to wait a long time once you’re here. It doesn’t take long in the initial waiting room but once they bring you back to your own waiting room, prepare to wait another two hours before your procedure. The nurse also messed up the IV in one hand so the doctor had to put an IV in the other hand. But that’s after she calls someone’s husband “my love” several times. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or over booked appointments but waiting for so long with no food and water is not fun for anyone.
Dr Dietze and his staff are very nice and knowledgeable about their patients. Dr Dietze is an excellent surgeon. I was greeted and seen within 15 minutes upon arrival. Worth the drive to Lacombe because great healthcare is my priority.
My husband was in a MVA in 2022 and we’ve been seeing Dr Logan since 2023. When I tell you this beautiful human goes above and beyond for his patients I really mean it. He’s tried everything to prevent surgery but unfortunately he needs surgery. He’s very informative and helps in any way he can. Dana is absolutely wonderful and we LOVE her. You can’t go wrong with the team of professionals here.
Started to see John Logan in April 2020 for a work comp injury, in Gulfport as well as trips to Lacombe location. I’ve cried in this office begged for an answer, all I got was meds to mask the pain and injections that lasted a very short time. It’s 2023 he knew long ago what the problem was after doing the nerve conduction study but his excuse is he doesn’t want to do surgery I’m too young I’m 30 years old we heal a lot quicker.
