Took my Explorer here it was sputtering and losing power and I already knew it needed spark plugs and that they were finally starting to show the signs. I dropped it off and they had them replaced within a few hours. Since I use my car 100% for my job I really appreciate how quickly he got them swapped out. It was quick and straight forward. I may not have seemed like the happiest person that walked in there since I'm recovering from major heart surgery, but I was after I got my truck back and it's driving awesome. I wasn't sure it was going to be repairable. Very honest and the quality of work is unbeatable. My mechanic retired a few years ago. I've taken my vehicles other places, but the prices were to high and the quality of work not so great. Very happy to find R&D automotive. Great quality of work at honest prices.
These guys did a really big job on my car for a great price. Good work and very friendly. I would highly recommend.
