Dear Average Home Owners,If you value your home,patience and money I recommend you do not utilize Dietz Fencing Company. We have signed our contract on April,2nd,2022, we were told we would recieve our fence within ten weeks of down payment and installation would be completed within this time frame. Do not use Dietz. They will give you the best price in the area and continue to give you excuse after excuse as to why they cannot install when they said they would (or even close). We are now two months past our original install date and continue to get the usual runaround from Dietz about our fence install. These people are crooks!!!!! Be aware!!!! They will use every excuse in the book to not install your fence. They had no problem taking 6k of ours and not doing the job. They promised the most time it would take was 12 weeks at most and its going on 16 weeks. They kept promising they would come and the date finally arrived they said they would and they cancelled!!! Horribly unprofessional, save yourself a tremendous headache and court battle by not even considering these people.They are all rainbows and sunshine until they get your deposit. Keep in mind they will provide one of the lowest prices to entice you. ON JULY 20, 2021 WE SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR OUR FENCE AND DEPOSITED HALF OF THE ****** WE HAVE LEFT MESSAGES AND TEXT WITH THEM BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONCE AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR FENCE.

I wouldn't give them any stars!!! No communication, the only thing you see is a ******** post .. who looks to ******** for answers??? No call backs, no nothing. Take your money and never hear from them . Horrible service

I do not agree with this review. I was in contact with the customer as their order was back ordered due to Covid. Myself and ********************* had a resolution, and were moving in a positive direction. I called ******************** to tell him the good news that his fence was in. I got told go F**k myself, and he cancelled the order without notice. They called the credit card merchant and had their funds replaced. I had my driveway gate replaced in February, 2021. The gate didn’t Close. The posts weren’t put in properly so they cannot hold the weight of the gate. I have made several calls and sent emails. They came out in March, tried to adjust the gate and I received a call saying that’s the best they can do. I continued to contact them, I was put on the repair list several times.
