pretty disappointed. heard good things.... Called to have my car looked at and they said come on in, itll take 5 minutes. when I got there, no one was there to look at the car. I mentioned that I lived an hour away, so they took some pictures and said they'd get back to me. after a week and hearing nothing, I called back and spoke with the guy. He said he couldn't look at it because he was on vacation. I called the office, and he answered.... on vacation? We'll be taking our cars somewhere else.
Being honest about not taking on a project that is beyond their capability of completing. Project still not complete.
