The people that was buying our house used Dietrick Appraisal Services. He used comps to get the appraisal on our house only thing is the comps he used on our house wasnt like ours or had the same settings that we do . He didn’t ask what kind of upgrades we had done on the house . I would not recommend or use Dietrick Appraisal Service ever!!!
