Based on my experience with different apartments and rental properties, Dietrich Rentals has been the best. Whenever a maintenance issue occurs they are prompt in fixing it. They send professionals out to service the property as often as needed. Carolyn and her husband have both visited during my time at the property to ensure things were fixed properly after maintenance had did their job.
