Everyone that I spoke with at this orthodontist office was personable, friendly, informative, and caring. From the welcome sign at the front door, welcoming new patients to closing out the appointment ran smooth, efficient and in a timely manner. I could not have asked for better service or customer service. Thank you to all I encountered today, You made both my children feel safe, secure and comfortable. With a special shout out to Jessica.
Jessica went over everything with us and was very sweet and polite the dentist talked us through everything for my son and made him very comfortable... the place is really nice and the staff is exceptional... the bathroom was the cleanest public restroom I've ever been in and they gave out ice cream and coffee... this place was great. I'm very pleased
I very pleased with our experience at WH location of Dietrich and Kelso. This was our first time coming to the office which was nice clean and updated.Greeted right away and the girl came from around the desk and gave us a quick tour of front area and how to check in. Jessica helped us with getting settled answering any and all questions some which I didn’t even think to ask.
