I recently had a total knee replacement at Rutherford Regional. Dr. Kayser did an outstanding job. He has great skill with the new robotic technology. He has a friendly bedside manner and is very knowledgeable concerning his craft. I have been singing his praises to all our friends and highly recommend him if you need this type of service. Great experience. From receptionist to Nurse and Dr Kayser. Everyone was friendly, competent and made me feel welcome.
Dr kayser was very knowledgeable of my issue and made me feel confident that it's fixable. The whole personal was nice and considerate being close to lunchtime. Thank you for being professional and friendly! Hopefully I won't have to be back. If I do, I'm confident they can solve the problem. Thank you for a great visit!
Great customer service by the entire staff!
Excellent service
