Carolyn does a phenomenal job of communicating and being responsive. She has assisted with home purchases as well as multiple property sales. It has always been an outstanding experience. Highly recommend!
This was hands down, the worst real estate experience of my life. Moving from out of state and buying a home is not easy and you’d expect your realtors to be responsive and want the best for their clients. They kept showing us houses that were no where near what we wanted (and we were very specific), failed to answer texts, and decided it wasn’t even important to come to our walk-through or closing...their COVID test for an upcoming vacation was more important than serving their clients.
