My appointment here was such a let down. I paid $90 for someone to basically tell me things I could Google and hand me a paper of good options of things to eat. I specifically called before making the appointment to make sure that someone I spoke to in an appointment would be well versed on thyroid issues and Hashimoto’s and coming up with a plan as to what foods may trigger flare ups or what foods may aid in managing thyroid issues. I called about an important matter concerning my Daughter and the receptionist who answered basically ignored everything I said after she found out my Daughters insurance wasn’t acceptable. It’s really horrible to know that this is the only thing that matters to them. They sent me to a voicemail that didn’t have an option to leave one then didn’t answer my phone calls after that!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Zero stars. Would Not Recommend

Felt like I have had to chase them down. I give up. No one responds back to your emails unless you keep calling. Eventually they respond and then ask you a question or request additional information, which I will answer or send right away like literally same day response from me. Which still gets me zero communication going forward. Don’t waste your time.
