So happy I took my Audi to Dieter’s. Incredible service! Everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with, especially Carlos, who helped me through everything step by step. They went above and beyond to get everything my car needed as fast as they could. If you are looking for an auto shop you will be very happy to have chosen Dieter’s!! I will be returning for any needs in the future.

Prices were a bit higher than I expected, admirably offset by the quality of the work and excellent communication throughout a complex repair. They answered all my questions and concerns for the first issues I brought them, gave me choices along the way, and I came back days later for a separate issue that they warned me might be needed, but got me out safely for a key family event. They provided detailed options that were reasonably priced to get my X1 back on the road. Including ways to save a couple hundred bucks on the total bill by repairing, rather than replacing, my gearbox (why bmw does not cover this known spring failure is beyond me). I appreciated that, the dealer told me it was $3k but the total bill was less than half that by going thru Dieter.
