Tracy was wonderful. They did a thorough examination of my Fiat and put me on the right path towards decision-making…… Wish I would’ve had a pre-inspection with them before I bought the car!!…. Great company I recommend highly
After a horrible experience with a mobile mechanic I was drained thinking about finding someone to work on my car and with prices these days money was a big factor. However, as soon as I spoke to Carlos everything was so reassuring. They were reasonable in price and used greats parts and I will say they went ABOVE AND BEYOND with my car. Fer and Traci were great! Amazing customer service! They were very detailed of all the services that were being done and kept me updated through all the work. Fer The mechanic answered all my questions and I was very satisfied and provided all the services that my car needed successfully. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. I definitely felt my Audi was in trusted hands. Thank you for the great work that you do and your customer service is Superb!
Experienced very quick and efficient service t this shop. Took the vehicle in to get diagnosed and wishing a couple of hours the issue was resolved and I was on my way. Thanks Fred and all the workers at this shop for their hard work right before the Christmas holiday. I didn’t pay for the service as they are contracted with Hertz but I was shocked at how quick the turnaround as to get a diagnosis and repair.
Traci was so kind and accommodating. She helped get my car in quickly and kept me updated on the needed repairs. Everyone did an amazing job; thankful to have a working car again
