Very trustworthy mechanic and operation. They took great care of my car while I was there and they did a great job couldn’t have asked for more. We definitely will use them again.
So happy I took my Audi to Dieter’s. Incredible service! Everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with, especially Carlos, who helped me through everything step by step. They went above and beyond to get everything my car needed as fast as they could. If you are looking for an auto shop you will be very happy to have chosen Dieter’s!! I will be returning for any needs in the future.
Prices were a bit higher than I expected, admirably offset by the quality of the work and excellent communication throughout a complex repair. They answered all my questions and concerns for the first issues I brought them, gave me choices along the way, and I came back days later for a separate issue that they warned me might be needed, but got me out safely for a key family event. Dieter's is hands down the best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress free! Dieter's was able to complete my complex job within just days, compared to other repairs shops that took several months to just assess the issue and were so much more expensive. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I ran over a bucket on the highway and was really concerned something might’ve happened to the undercarriage of my car. Thankfully, Dieter’s happened to be right there, so I pulled in and I’m so glad I did. We were immediately greeted by the SWEETEST woman named Tracy.
