Called Dieter’s on Veterans Day to get my 2011 Cayman serviced. Fred was able to change coil packs, spark plugs, and install a new battery within a few hours. I the car wasn’t drivable so I had to get it towed to the shop. Fred was very polite and helpful; he kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Dieter’s.
So happy I took my Audi to Dieter’s. Incredible service! Everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with, especially Carlos, who helped me through everything step by step. They went above and beyond to get everything my car needed as fast as they could. If you are looking for an auto shop you will be very happy to have chosen Dieter’s!! I will be returning for any needs in the future.
Good morning your service was excellent. I would have liked to know from the first diagnostic before doing any first job that there was a sound coming from the bottom of the motor. I was just somewhat disappointed that I have to put more money into the vehicle after the fact that I put new spark plugs, New coils, a seal and a sensor for the motor for this first part of this portion while finding out later that there was a sound coming out from the motor and that the sound of itself was not seen or heard but The second portio... read more
Very trustworthy mechanic and operation. They took great care of my car while I was there and they did a great job couldn’t have asked for more. We definitely will use them again.
Prices were a bit higher than I expected, admirably offset by the quality of the work and excellent communication throughout a complex repair. They answered all my questions and concerns for the first issues I brought them, gave me choices along the way, and I came back days later for a separate issue that they warned me might be needed, but got me out safely for a key family event.
