We were so thankful for Deiters’ services when we unexpectedly lost our 13 year old goldendoodle. We were able to take him directly to Deiters within an hour or two of me calling. The experience was extremely easy to take care of and there was no pressure to pay for extra things. We received a box with our dog’s ashes, clippings of his fur, and a paw print, which was all part of their basic package. Deiters was very easy to work with and it was a calm environment when we were very upset.
Promp response when we called for their help with our pet. Being devastated, Deiters' staff were so caring and helpful. No request seemed to be an issue. We appreciated their attention to detail and they truly treated her as a family member.
