Terrible experience with this dealership. They may have good prices online, but they will tack on a “cat etch” fee, which is some sort of an etching fee of the VIN number on either the car or the catalytic converter. They will tell you that California or the bank requires this, but that it is a scam and California does not require it. They tried to charge $995 for this etching fee…Which we all know is the commission that the salesman will make. Also, JC was rude.
