JC was very nice, and knowledgeable about the car I test drove.
Bought a 2016 tesla, less then a month later Ac unit went out. Of course it’s nothing that warranty covers and dealership avoided my calls, cost me $8000. Now 6 Months later the engine car leaks in multiple spots and guess what… warranty doesn’t cover any of that either. Leaks from both wing doors down both pillars and my truck has 4” of water in it.
Poor customer service. No communication.
