Distressful – On the good side Lou at Dieter’s reimbursed me for an oil change and replacing a right axle boot; even though he said they had in fact replaced it nine thousand miles earlier. They also replaced the right and left axle boots at no charge. But, it still wasn’t good!!! I could’ve had an accident after a simple oil change. My car was smoking so badly I nearly abandon it at an intersection. Lou took the car back from my place then days later when I called to get it back he said it was just some spilled oil.
