The ladies at the Diet Center Heights provide more than just nutritional guidance and facts on how to lose weight. They provide emotional support and counseling which is so important. I haven't been able to find this level of support anywhere else in the country. I love everyone at Diet Center Heights and I'm so happy to be starting my journey with them again, now that I've had children and need my body back!
Love having this great group of ladies to be held accountable to. Thanks for always supporting me -even when the scales aren't behaving... appreciate you all!
