I can’t say enough about the customer service at this practice. Always greeted with friendly smiling faces. Not to mention to ease of scheduling and the warmth you feel in the office. Always feel welcomed.
Everything from the time you walk in the door, to your personal hygienist, gentle dentist, to the office staff is on point. Very personal attention is always provided. I always look forward to going because I know I am going to receive great dental care. Thank you for the great customer service.

This dental staff is the best I’ve ever experienced... and I’m no spring chicken. They really are wonderful.
What can I say? No one likes going to the dentist. However, that experience changes when you got to Renaissance Dental Center. Drs. Abernethy, Sonner and Wells have empowered their staff to make everyone feel great from the moment you walk in the door, to sitting in the lobby with massage chairs. The entire visit you forget that someone is going to be poking around in your mouth (and they make you want to come back every 6 months-pure genius). I walked into Rennaisance and this lovely lady, Victoria, helped me check in and she was so patient to answer questions. Then sweet Karla showed me around the beautiful and clean facility. Their attention to detail was off the chart. Dr. Sonner then came in and was so friendly and professional. They even provided awesome “distractions” like t.v., music/headphones, hit towels, massage chairs etc. Wonderful experience! I highly recommend this practice.
The staff always cares about what's going on in your life and they remember you even though it's been 6+ months. A lot changed in my life and when I shared that with the staff they were so happy for me. I told them I was converting a bus and starting a non-profit and they wanted to know all about it. They even said to keep in touch and that they would consider donating and helping out in any way they could. I so appreciated that visit and felt supported beyond just being a patient there.
