These are good people to do business with if you are in the market for an Alfa. I worked with Rob on the sales side and James on the finance side. They were responsive to emails and calls, never pressured me, and had good follow up throughout the process. It was not an easy deal to put together because they are in Ohio and I'm over 12 hours away -- and was trading in another car, plus we had some nasty winter weather to deal with while transporting the new car.
