Super experience! Was skeptical and searched legitimacy of the site, seemed to check out... placed order, status showed pending for 2-3 days, called the customer service number and talked to a helpful gentleman... Said that when I ordered my G68 glow plugs for my 2017 Duramax another person ordered a whole batch and wiped them out, except for 5 remaining... they followed up, offered a refund or wait for their supplier shipment, and within a week they received a supply and shipped my 8 Glow Plugs, cheaper than GM sites and ar... read more

Website freezes and takes a long time to load. I sent a message to notify them and a vindictive manner they cancelled my order. I was a returning customer. I'll find a different place to order my items.
I placed my order and received my filters. My fuel filters were for the wrong year. My mistake. On Monday sent them back , Saturday I put new ones in. No questions asked. Its hard to find a business that operates in such a manner. I will continue to purchase from such a reputable company. Thank you again Diesel Filters
