I had a very disappointing experience with Diesel Tech. When we first dropped off our truck, we were quoted $1,470 for the repair. Based on that estimate, we gave the shop permission to proceed with the work. After waiting almost three weeks without receiving any updates, we called to check on the status of our truck. Very friendly staff.
David and his staff are amazing. I had a stretch of two days of bad luck with my truck. I called David on my way into Danville, they were near closing. They stuck around and got me fixed in a jiffy. The next morning the drive shaft broke at the back of my transmission. I had it towed to Diesel Tech and they jumped on it and got me repaired the same day. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the staff. Highly recommend.
