I called twice and asked for an inspection of my gutters. I was told both times someone would call me back. I never received a call back. I guess my money isn’t worth their time.

It's New Years Eve and rainy. Snow is predicted. Reach out to other roofing numbers... "Sorry, holiday." "Sorry, our contractor make their own schedule" Then I talked to Edwin. Edwin stopped by to get some info while waiting for crew to stop by. We talked about the risk with the storm and first action to take. The crew went to work and fixed the leak. Happy New Year! These guys were great and made the entire process easy! Installation was fast, and they were there when they said they would be. Highly recommend them for your home improvement needs. Fairweather did it again, working with Jim has been amazing. They did a fantastic job on both my roof and now my siding. I would highly recommend them and their professionalism. Jim stayed in touch with me throughout the process!
