They are scammers. They make a wrong diagnosis and steal your money. They are never professional. Waste of time and money
BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE! Run and I mean RUN away from this place. Check engine light was on. Took a week to have an answer on anything. Charges upon charges of Diag. (EYEROLL) was told it needed a sensor. Supposedly fixed. Paid almost $2000 for something I could have done. Went to leave and the check engine light come on. Took it to another shop. Was told the problem was not fixed. There was actually NO new parts on my truck. So I filed a complaint with Lansing and Diesel Pros was investigated. Turns out the mechanics licens... read more
They do not stand behind their work and make bs excuses when it fails. If your vehicle gets hit on their lot they pretend to be unaware so check your vehicle.
Always take good care of us. Honest and solid repairs.
If I could I would leave no stars They tell you the same thing every time you call. They never return your calls. You have to hear about what they have going on… somebody having a baby!. Somebody out of town! Somebody left early because it’s Halloween! This is not why I paid my money this place is below the worst my car has been there for over 1 year
