Scam alert! Scam alert! This company is a shipping scam! The first email you'll receive is them telling you that they have no control over shipping! Next email you'll get shipping label created. Shipping label created for over 14 days. Never picked up until I place the call to them as to where my order is. Still played the shipping game even after several phone calls. They will use shipping excuse to hold your funds hostage

Made a purchase, waiting for it to ship and a couple days later received an email saying if i want that item that i would have to pay another 119.57$ if i want that order. That they had a glitch in thier system and they need more money. Loll cancel my order i will not be back crooks. What a greedy business, go anywhere else.

Don’t chance it. Just because it’s on their website doesn’t mean they stock it or can get iOrdered a intercooler which stated in stock and ships 3-7 days. 14 days later, nothing. Called and they said no eta on when they can get it. She said they emailed, but I check all folders including spam and nothing.. Then asked to substitute and 3 different brands that they show on website were not in stock. Had to pay 250 dollars extra to get the one that was in stock, My poor mechanic sitting idle waiting.

They don't value thier customers...just care about your money. If you get a wrong part don't expect them to accept a return....buy somewhere else.

Purchased a stabilizer kit and it was not the right size nor did it have the parts purchased. Called in and was given the run around, sent an email with pictures and was not contacted. Finally called again and was told because the box was opened there would be no return…?! Instead use PartsHawk.com , they have great support and a great return policy. Don’t waste your time with diesel power products!

Worst experience ever! Bought a 2100 suspension kit that was told was in stock. Well they have no clue what’s in stock and what is not! They gladly toke my money knowing they can’t fulfill my order until 6 to 10 weeks!! Customer service is horrible stay away from this company!!!

Terrible from the start. I called to order a turbo for my truck guy on the phone says "why dont you order it on the website". After i got it ordered and installed i was still giving me MIL light. Called in and after several exchanges they sent me return instructions to get it looked at by warranty. I had to ship it back on my dime they found the turbo to be faulty. The worst buying experience ever. Received a defective part for my food truck, sent it back to them for a warranty check with no luck. Excuses were that the warranty department is a separate company. NOT MY PROBLEM. It took over a month of back-and-forth to eventually get back my money, and this was after threatening to call the bank to reverse charges.
