RecommendedI dropped off my 2014 F-250 with a vibration in the front end. I thought it was going to be shocks or something else expensive. I get a phone call a bolt on the shock was loose and they tighten it and check all other bolts. simple cheap fix. To me that shows integrity and honesty. They could have easily hit me with some bill saying I needed all this work and they didn't and for that I'm thankful. I took my truck to Bill and his team last week. I had the oil changed, tires rotated and balanced, and had them look at my A/C that wasn't working. They located the issue and gave me no haggling when I asked if I could reschedule to have the work done.
