Customer service is non existent , do not buy products from this company. They will gladly answer the phone to take your money ignoring the service after the sell. I tried to order filters , but they have changed part numbers so much they don’t even know what to sell me. The filters I did buy was slow to ship and turned out they charged me 10 dollars more than their advertised price on their website . I definitely would not recommend this company unless you enjoy being frustrated and pissed off

The fass 165 for my duramax was installed just before I bought the truck. 6 months later after a cold snap, the pump failed and left me stranded. I always use 911 or howes but the pump still failed although the diesel fuel looked fine. I used my multimeter on the pump motor and it showed the motor was bad. So I unbolted the motor to test run it without it inserted into the pump block and confirmed the motor was bad. Pump fails to produce the advertised pressure. They told me they don’t know the the problem is and won’t fix it. They have blocked me from emailing them they have blocked me from calling them. I’ve sent them multiple letters requesting a refund with no reply back. If they can’t fix the issue then they should refund me. So the lifetime warranty means they just block you when they don’t wanna deal with it.
