Hi Derek, I hope that you understand that a restock charge is overly usurious when your company misinformed us when we ordered this. Plus we paid $82 to have it expedited shipping and will be paying probably more to ship it back to you. In fact we just paid $115. I will be waiting to see how you manage this refund before proceeding further. We were mislead by your website. The parts says for stock not tuned. Not happy.
Customer service is non existent , do not buy products from this company. They will gladly answer the phone to take your money ignoring the service after the sell. I tried to order filters , but they have changed part numbers so much they don’t even know what to sell me. The filters I did buy was slow to ship and turned out they charged me 10 dollars more than their advertised price on their website . I definitely would not recommend this company unless you enjoy being frustrated and pissed off

The fass 165 for my duramax was installed just before I bought the truck. 6 months later after a cold snap, the pump failed and left me stranded. I always use 911 or howes but the pump still failed although the diesel fuel looked fine. I used my multimeter on the pump motor and it showed the motor was bad. So I unbolted the motor to test run it without it inserted into the pump block and confirmed the motor was bad.
