The worst mechanic I have ever seen. Alex is the definition of highway robbery. He will take advantage of you and keep your truck for a long time for the smallest repair you can imagine. He has zero customer service; he will literally get mad anytime you call for an update and cut you off the phone. I advise anyone to stay away if you have a business to run and need to get back on the road as soon as possible without breaking the bank to pay for your repairs.
