Bad , very bad
After a $250 tow, my truck remained parked at Brian’s shop for about 2 months without ever taking a look at it. I was given various timelines, all of which came and went. Eventually, Brian stopped answering my calls and texts and that’s when I decided enough was enough and had my truck towed to another shop for repair. This kind of thing is unacceptable. If you can’t meet a deadline, communicate before the deadline comes to pass.
