Called to get a quote for a diesel mechanic and before I can even say a word or hello he says "what too stupid to talk" and hangs up, how does someone thinks that's appropriate or okay, definitely shows how he conducts himself and his business, glad I get to take my business elsewhere, hope he can learn to not be rude to people just for the fun of it
David & Julie brought my truck back to life with honesty & precision! I wont take my F250 to anyone but Diesel Diagnostics moving forward. Words could not express how much I appreciate their work, advice, direction & time they dedicated to me & my truck.
Unfortunately, my experience wasn't good here. I stopped by the shop and David was very nice. He said he would give me a quote. The next day, Julie let me know that there's a two week wait, which I was okay with. However, she didn't put me on the schedule and hasn't returned my calls. It's been almost a month now. I was excited about the possibility of having a great mechanic for my truck, but I am still searching.
