David & Julie brought my truck back to life with honesty & precision! I wont take my F250 to anyone but Diesel Diagnostics moving forward. Words could not express how much I appreciate their work, advice, direction & time they dedicated to me & my truck.
Unfortunately, my experience wasn't good here. I stopped by the shop and David was very nice. He said he would give me a quote. The next day, Julie let me know that there's a two week wait, which I was okay with. However, she didn't put me on the schedule and hasn't returned my calls. It's been almost a month now. I was excited about the possibility of having a great mechanic for my truck, but I am still searching.
David was very knowledgeable and kind. He went out of his way to help get me up and going again. Fair, honest, and the mobile service is amazing! I can not say enough good things!
I’m trucking again. Dave and Julie are an amazing HONEST and VERY thorough team with extensive knowledge of all types of diesel motors. Dave took the time to track down the root of the issue and wanted to do it right the first time; unlike the previous mechanics who just jury-rigged it and modified instead of keeping the motor stock. 1998 Cummins 5.9 L.
