Worst experience ever, misrepresented the mileage on a truck that I was going to buy. Would not return money, he didn’t not have the title in hand when I brought the cashiers check. Would not recommend these people to no one, go somewhere else to buy your truck or your going to get ripped off.
Truck had a lot of hidden problems
Just sold me a truck that was supposed to be a 79 thousand mile 1 owner truck. that is not the case!!!! They have sprayed undercoating all over the under side of the truck to hide the oil leaks!!! and the bed is RIPPED!!!!! I am going to sue you Jordan. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Very misleading and exremtly unhelpful after they received their money in rectifying their mistakes. It took us months to register our truck due to being sent the incorrect paperwork. Our truck was advertised as a one owner when in fact it was two. The title sent to us was from the original owner, Jordan took his sweet time in obtaining and sending is the title in the second owners name.
First time buying a truck “sight unseen” I was scared but everything went better then I could have imagined. Jordon helped me every step of the way!!! I will be a repeat customer and told my buddies if they want a nice truck hassle free go to diesel deals!!!!
I have had my 1997 F350 4x4 Crew Cab now for about 8 months that I purchased from Diesel Deals of Salt Lake City, Utah. I requested additional photos from Jordan prior to the purchase. He provided them as requested. This was my first online purchase of a vehicle. No, I was not mislead about the Truck. It was by the numbers from the holding money for the deal to be mine, to the final payment to have the truck delivered to an address of my choosing. Yes this is an "As is No Warranty" Purchase. We had a extremely Negative experience with Diesel Deals. They misrepresented the vehicle they sold uS and now the true value of the truck is significantly less than what we paid for it. We paid a high premium for a vehicle that is now worth way less because if what was not disclosed to us when asked.
