They just **** to even be professional and reasonable! They put green coolant not **** spec stuff! Bought this truck from a guy who had the work done by there shop and bought the truck with there invoice saying the repairs they did are correct and been paid for! Had to take truck to my mechanic that specializes in the 6.0 powerstrokes and he had to redo all this shops work that was supposed to be just done! Worst mechanic ever went in for a $200 diagnostics almost 6 months later lies after lies and over $5500 later my truck is worst then it was before so i had it towed to a different shop and the same issues they didnt do the work i was charged for. then after i paid they tried extorting me saying i cant take my truck until i sign a contract stating i wont post my experience with them
Worst company to work with ever! I took my truck in to have them check on my anti-freeze leak, told me it would be a few hours. They kept my truck for over 24 hours and never called me to let me know anything! I stopped by and called several times. Each time they lied to me or just brushed me off. I explained several times that I needed my truck, they never cared and just kept telling me to wait. Then they ended up fixing the problem WITH OUT CHECKING WITH ME FIRST!!!! Wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone, they rebuilt the motor in my truck and I have had problems with it since. Then I find out they didn’t install the original ecm. The customer support has been terrible.
