We bought a tree in 2010 that was donated to an auction and paid them for an additional tree and NEVER have received either tree. Even after multiple calls and arrangements! Would not recommend their service to anyone! They also did this to someone else that won an auction a year or two before us. Seriously don't donate to a nonprofit auction if you are not going to follow through on what you promise. We paid good money to get nothing out of it.
