I called to see if the florist would be able to give me a ball park figure on a few bouquets for my wedding of just "baby's breath." She was VERY rude, she spoke to me in a condescending tone, and was very abrasive. . When I told her "thank you but to not worry about it" due to her annoyed tone with me, she hung up on me. If I were Dierbergs. I would watch more how my employees are speaking to potential clients.
